Ideally you should start giving our Wheatgerm Oil Liquid from the first sign of your bitch coming into season. On the day before and on the actual day of mating, double the amount to give an extra boost. You should then continue supplementing for three weeks following mating to provide support to the foetuses during the important first trimester.
