All the toys I purchased arrived quickly and were well packaged. They’re really good quality toys that will last. Ordered a powdered supplement product to be used with raw diets. Paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days to reach me. Cat hated the taste so had to disguise plus it made him lose his appetite after 2 doses. I asked for a refund of the difference in postage and they agreed. Afraid it was a total waste of 20 quid. Annoying when it claimed to be palatable.
Hannah, we're really sorry to hear this wasn't the experience we'd have hoped for, and we genuinely appreciate you sharing your feedback. We're glad we were able to refund the postage difference, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when a product just doesn't suit your cat, especially when palatability is one of the things you're counting on. Every cat is so individual and some can sadly turn their noses up at something other cats absolutely love. We'd love the chance to help you find something better suited, please do get in touch and we can have a chat and find something that they will enjoy.
I very rarely post a review , but I could not after receiving such wonderful customer care .
I called and left a message at the store and within 2 minutes received a call back from Chris.
I was enquiring about a particular food I was looking at trying( post the many hundreds of brands I have already tried for my fussy Dog Honey)
Chris was just so so helpful he listened to me, he talked to me and advised me that I could continue along this very stressful road of reintroducing food to Honey, , but this was a spiral that there was no end to.
Oh course Chris could have easily sold me yet another food to try, but instead he gave me his honest knowledgeable advise .
That I should be strong , ( very hard for
Me😢) and stick to a food that Honey had eaten before, then the 10 minute rule put it down wait 10 minutes, take
It away.
I will try 🤗, but I just could not pass the review stage without saying what a lovely supportive genuine person Chris is, he even said I could call him anytime .

I have a very good philosophy that if I’ve been somewhere or I’ve been treated online to a brilliant customer service then I will ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS give out EXCELLENT and FAIR feedback and in the case of Brown’s natural Pet Care Store, which was actually HIGHLY recommended to me by my bff Alexandra Hurst who ALSO has the same beliefs.
Recently I put in 2 orders separately and there would be usually 2 post and packaging costs but they did send me a note to say that they were going to send both orders in 1 box and save a box and the environment and also save me the cost of £3.95, which they would be crediting to my original payment. Talk about extremely wonderful and thoughtful as well as kind customer seems and they arrived very quickly. Not many shops would go to this kind of brilliant service.

Due to a very short and distressing illness I had to do what every loving parent would do for their dog. Betsy was the cheekiest and cleverest show blue roan English Cocker Spaniel there was and in her 14 years, 20 months and 15 days, even with her slight doggy dementia, which Brown’s Natural Pet Store brilliantly supplied to her along with other Dorwest Herbs for her siblings, Tuppence and Billie Bluebell she managed to twist me around her little paw. She was the funniest of all from when she was young when she was the ball thief of Hillingdon, Middlesex; where me being on crutches she would keep me chasing her for over an hour trying to retrieve a dog owner’s ball because that was their dog’s “FAVOURITE” ball 🥎 lol!! 😝

Fourteen years with a companion like her leaves a mark that never really fades, and the way you speak about her shows just how special she was.
