I ordered a number of items for my dogs including some floating fetch toys.
There was an isssue with one of the toys, (as in it didn't float}. I left a comment to that effect under the item description itself on the website.
I had a very quick response from Browns, apologising for the incorrect description and refunding the cost immediately.
Mistakes happen - it is how they are dealt with that matters, and Browns cannot be faulted in that regard.
Would not hesitate to recommend, and I am about to place another order with them.

My order of the small bags of Pala dog food were delivered very quickly. My very picky dog loves the food, so I have now ordered larger quantities. I couldn’t believe his reaction to the food as he kept asking me for more. Unprecedented! It’s expensive but worth it if he eats it. I have had to give away so much food in the past.
