I ordered a number of items for my dogs including some floating fetch toys.
There was an isssue with one of the toys, (as in it didn't float}. I left a comment to that effect under the item description itself on the website.
I had a very quick response from Browns, apologising for the incorrect description and refunding the cost immediately.
Mistakes happen - it is how they are dealt with that matters, and Browns cannot be faulted in that regard.
Would not hesitate to recommend, and I am about to place another order with them.

My order of the small bags of Pala dog food were delivered very quickly. My very picky dog loves the food, so I have now ordered larger quantities. I couldn’t believe his reaction to the food as he kept asking me for more. Unprecedented! It’s expensive but worth it if he eats it. I have had to give away so much food in the past.

We have been experiencing issues with our French bulldog. She has food allergies and recently diagnosed with IBD. The vets just wanted her on hydrolysed dry food. Quite understandably she refused to eat it. Due to previous interactions with Brown’s we spoke to Chris who using his own words is a nerd in food and nutrition. What a guy!! He has been incredible with advise. He has even called us up after doing more research on her situation.
Our girl still has a long way to go to find the overall best solution for her, but she is now steadily putting on weight and gaining her energy back. ❤️🐾

One of my cats was deemed chunkier than he should and so advised by vet to give weight management kibble. I seriously struggled to find pure fish, no chicken kibble. My boys cannot eat chicken. Found weight management, natural fish kibble with no chicken sneaked in at Browns. Graceful it’s called. Both boys love it. At the moment I am moving them over with a mix from their old make but this is definitely the way forward for me. Bonus is the cost is competitive and ordering / delivery quick and simple. No complaints and very happy to recommend. Miaow
