Shipping policy

This delivery policy outlines the terms and conditions for the shipment of orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.


📦 Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next weekday. 

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once your parcel is on its way.

Orders under £59

• Royal Mail 48hr Tracked – £3.99

• Royal Mail 24hr Tracked – £4.99

• DPD Next Working Day – £5.99

Orders £59 and over

• Royal Mail 48hr Tracked – FREE



⏳ Delivery Timeframes

Most orders arrive within 2–7 working days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas or bank holidays.



🌍 Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to England, Scotland and Wales.

We do not currently offer international delivery or ship raw/frozen items.



🔍 Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if available).

If you use the Shop app, you can also track your delivery in real time through the app.

We carefully pack every order by hand using eco-conscious materials wherever possible.

We believe in keeping pets—and the planet—happy.

Delivery charges and timeframes are subject to change. Any updates will be reflected on this page.

We are not responsible for courier delays or external factors beyond our control once your parcel has left us.
