Local Delivery Policy

At Brown’s Natural Pet Store, we offer free local delivery within a 20km radius of Ferring, West Sussex for orders with a minimum value of £25. We’re proud to deliver locally using our electric van, driven by a member of the Brown’s team.

We love connecting with our local community when making deliveries and enjoy bringing our products directly to your door. Not only is this a personal touch, but we also take pride in offering a greener delivery option. We’re aware of the pollution caused by traditional courier services, particularly with last-mile delivery, and by using our electric van, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.

Delivery Options:

• Free Local Delivery: Available for all orders within the 20km radius of Ferring, West Sussex, with a minimum order value of £25. Your delivery will be made by a member of our team in our electric van.

• Courier Delivery: If you prefer, you can also select the courier delivery option at checkout, available within the same radius.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Local deliveries will be made within 2-4 working days after the order is placed.

• If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g. gate codes or delivery preferences), please leave them in the delivery instructions section at checkout.

In addition to local delivery, we also offer standard courier delivery for customers outside our local delivery zone.

Brilliant service

Always welcomed with a smile and a fuss for our dog Cally.
We needed a warm coat for Cally and Pippa ordered the correct size and notified us when it was in store. She then put it on to check the fit.
Not only can we get our dog food but also able to buy loose bird food.
Couldn't resist getting Cally another toy which she loves.
