Local Delivery

At Brown’s Natural Pet Store, we offer free local delivery within a 10km radius of Ferring, West Sussex for orders with a minimum value of £59. We’re proud to deliver locally using our electric van, driven by a member of the Brown’s team.

We love connecting with our local community when making deliveries and enjoy bringing our products directly to your door. Not only is this a personal touch, but we also take pride in offering a greener delivery option. We’re aware of the pollution caused by traditional courier services, particularly with last-mile delivery, and by using our electric van, we aim to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.

Delivery Options:

• Free Local Delivery: Available for all orders within the 20km radius of Ferring, West Sussex, with a minimum order value of £59. Your delivery will be made by a member of our team in our electric van.

• Courier Delivery: If you prefer, you can also select the courier delivery option at checkout. The options for this are Royal Mail and DPD.

Delivery Timeframe:

• Local deliveries will be made within 2-5 working days after the order is placed. We will be in contact to let you know whart day we will be delivering.

• If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes or delivery preferences), please leave them in the 'Add Order Notes' section at basket stage.

In addition to local delivery, we also offer standard courier delivery for customers outside our local delivery zone.
