CLEAN LEGS AND A TIDY COAT, WHATEVER THE WEATHER

Every dog owner knows the moment the walk ends and the wiping begins, and the Cosipet Trouser Suit in Navy is the straightforward answer to it. Made from showerproof PU coated nylon with an all-in-one design that covers the body and all four legs, a zip along the back, and elasticated braid cuffs, it puts a clean, dry barrier between the dog and every muddy path, wet field, and rainy pavement. Navy is smart enough to wear to a show and practical enough for every walk in between.

Why it's a great choice

  • Showerproof PU coated nylon keeps the whole dog clean and dry: The suit is made from PU coated nylon that sheds rain and mud rather than absorbing it; because it covers the full body and all four legs in one garment, it intercepts the dirt before it reaches the coat, so the dog arrives home from a wet walk in the same condition it left, without the scrubbing and drying that muddy legs would otherwise require.

  • All-in-one design with full body and leg coverage: The Trouser Suit is a single garment that covers the torso and all four legs together, which provides far more complete protection than a body coat alone; there are no gaps between a coat hem and an exposed leg, no separate pieces to put on or lose, and no mud getting through where coverage is missing.

  • Zip fastening and elasticated cuffs for a secure, easy fit: The zip along the back makes the suit quick to put on and take off without a struggle, while the elasticated braid cuffs hold each leg section in place during the walk so it does not ride up or slip; the result is a suit that stays where it is meant to be throughout the outing and comes off at the door without bringing the mud inside with it.

  • Measure your dog before ordering: The Cosipet Trouser Suit is sized by back length measured in inches from the base of the collar to the base of the tail; measure carefully before ordering and consult our How to Measure guide to confirm the right fit.

Key benefits for your Dog

  • Saves time after every walk by keeping the dog clean: For owners who regularly wipe down all four legs after a wet or muddy walk, the Trouser Suit replaces that routine with a single zip undone at the door; the suit takes the mud, not the coat, which means the dog goes straight from the walk to the sofa rather than via the utility room towel.

  • Protects a groomed coat for shows and outings: For dogs being shown or taken to events where appearance matters, the Trouser Suit preserves a groomed finish from the house to the venue; it acts as a full-coverage travel layer that keeps the coat clean, dry, and unruffled, so the effort put in beforehand is not undone by a quick run across wet grass on arrival.

  • Showerproof nylon wipes clean and dries quickly: PU coated nylon wipes down in seconds and dries fast after a muddy walk, making the suit ready for the next outing without extended drying time; for dogs who go out daily in all weather, a suit that can be cleaned and back in use within the same day is a practical advantage.

  • Keeps the dog's appearance tidy between grooming appointments: Regular walks in wet or dirty conditions undo grooming quickly, particularly on dogs with longer or softer coats that pick up debris easily; worn consistently, the Trouser Suit protects the coat between appointments so it stays in better condition for longer and grooming visits are spent on the coat itself rather than simply undoing the damage from the previous week.

A navy showerproof all-in-one dog suit in PU coated nylon with full body and leg coverage, zip back fastening, and elasticated cuffs, for keeping any dog clean and tidy after every walk.

What you'll need:

A soft tape measure
A calm dog (treats help!)
A friend to assist (optional, but handy!)

You will need to measure your dog's back length, neckline and chest girth.

Back length (Base of Neck to Base of Tail):
Start at the base of your dog’s neck, where the neck meets the shoulders, not where a collar usually sits and lay the tape along their spine to the base of their tail.  When measuring your dog’s back, always allow for the natural curve of their spine, coats aren’t meant to be drum-tight!

Tip: Make sure the dog is standing, not sitting or lying down. Add 1–2cm for comfort and ease of movement. If your dog is between sizes, it’s usually best to go up a size for a better fit and coverage.

Measuring Tips for Best Results:
Keep your dog calm and standing upright. Ask a friend to help and use treats or toys to keep them relaxed.
For fluffy dogs, part or gently press down the fur to get an accurate measurement close to the body.
Measure more than once to make sure your numbers are consistent.

Please measure your dog carefully against the size guide before ordering. Not sure which size to choose? Message us on live chat and we'll help you pick. Returns due to sizing issues are at the customer's own cost.
