King Catnip Cigar

A TOY WITH THE ROLLING CREDENTIALS TO PROVE IT

The King Catnip Cigar is a long, cylindrical toy that rolls differently every time it is batted, following an arc rather than a straight line, which is considerably more interesting for a cat than a toy that goes exactly where it is supposed to. Inside: 100% organic North American catnip leaves from fields fed by the glacial Mount Adam, no stems, no dust. The Velcro side opens for a top-up whenever the scent starts to fade.

Why it's a great choice

• Premium leaf-only catnip from exceptional conditions: Grown in North American fields fed by the glacial Mount Adam, a growing region associated with aromatic, potent catnip. Only the leaves are used, no stems, no dust.

• Cylindrical form for unpredictable rolling behaviour: A cigar-shaped toy follows an arc when batted rather than a straight line, which makes the direction of travel genuinely hard for a cat to predict and extends the chase considerably.

• Restuffable for long-term use: The Velcro resealable side means the Cigar can be refreshed with King Catnip loose leaf whenever the scent fades, rather than replacing the toy.

• Ethically sourced, organic materials: King Catnip uses organic materials and sources their catnip ethically throughout the range, so there is nothing in this toy that should not be there.

Key benefits for your Cat

• Triggers sustained chase and carry behaviours: The unpredictable roll of the cigar form produces the kind of prey-chase that indoor cats find genuinely engaging, followed by the satisfaction of catching something long enough to carry.

• Reduces boredom and restlessness: A toy that moves unexpectedly gives indoor cats a genuinely stimulating target, rather than a static shape they can bat once and abandon.

• Renewed appeal with every refill: One Cigar, kept topped up with fresh catnip leaves, lasts considerably longer than multiple sealed toys that gradually go quiet.

• Safe and non-addictive stimulation: Catnip is completely safe and non-addictive for cats. For most adult cats, it provides a healthy and genuinely enjoyable form of play.

A wonderfully rollable catnip toy for cats who appreciate a target with a bit of character.
