Green & Wilds Sprouty McSprout Face Teaser With Catnip

THE MARMITE OF CHRISTMAS, ON THE END OF A STICK

Not every cat can say they have hunted a brussels sprout, but with Green & Wilds Sprouty McSprout Face on the end of a 37.5 cm bamboo stick, they can now at least have a very convincing go at it. This eco cat teaser toy is made from wool felt with jute string, loaded with catnip, and dangled on a sustainably sourced bamboo wood stick that produces the kind of erratic, darting movement that triggers a cat's hunting instinct immediately. Natural materials throughout, no harmful compounds, and fully recyclable at end of life.

Why it's a great choice

• Catnip filling for immediate, enthusiastic engagement: The catnip in Sprouty is a natural and safe herb that reliably heightens a cat's response to play, making each session more active and extending the time a cat stays engaged with the toy before losing interest.

• Wool felt and jute on a bamboo wood stick: The character is made from wool felt with jute string attachments, suspended from a 37.5 cm sustainably sourced bamboo wood stick that gives owners comfortable reach and produces responsive, natural movement at the toy end.

• Teaser motion simulates prey movement directly: The dangling toy on a stick produces the unpredictable, fluttering movement that most closely resembles live prey in motion, triggering the stalk-and-pounce sequence in a way that a stationary toy cannot replicate.

• Natural materials, fully recyclable: Every material in the toy is natural, produced without any added compound that would harm or be released when chewed, and fully recyclable, making it a clean choice for owners who extend their eco values to their cat's toys.

Key benefits for your Cat

• Active teaser sessions support physical fitness: Jumping, reaching, and repositioning during a teaser session gives cats meaningful aerobic activity that supports healthy weight maintenance and muscle tone, particularly for cats who live primarily indoors.

• Interactive play strengthens the bond with the owner: Sessions with an owner-held wand toy are one of the most effective ways to build and reinforce the bond between a cat and their person, and the catnip element adds an extra layer of engagement on both sides.

• Stimulates natural hunting behaviour mentally and physically: The chase-and-catch structure gives cats the outlet for their hunting drive that indoor life does not otherwise provide, keeping them mentally alert and reducing the restlessness that comes from instincts with nowhere to go.

• Suitable for cats of all ages from around 6 months: The catnip response typically develops from 6 months onwards, after which Sprouty suits cats at every life stage, making it a reliable choice for multi-cat households with a range of ages.
