Rosewood Bart Bear

THE BEAR WHO LAUGHS BACK WHEN YOU GIVE HIM A SHAKE

The Rosewood Bart Bear is a 27cm plush dog toy with a difference: give him a shake, and he giggles. Dressed in a navy jumper with a gold star accent, Bart is made from soft, stretchy fabric that makes him easy to grab, carry, and toss, and the built-in giggle sound effect triggers with movement rather than compression, making every interaction feel a little more alive. A great companion toy for dogs who like to carry their plush around, and the perfect festive gift for any dog who takes their toys personally.

Why it's a great choice

• Motion-activated giggle sound: The built-in giggle sound effect activates when the toy is shaken or moved, rather than requiring direct compression like a standard squeaker, making every carry and toss rewarding.

• Soft and stretchy fabric: The stretchy material makes Bart easy for dogs of all sizes to pick up, grip, and carry, and the softness makes him comfortable to mouth and settle with between play sessions.

• 27cm plush character: At 27cm, Bart is a good size for carrying, shaking, and tossing without being too large or unwieldy for smaller breeds, and he makes a proper presence under the Christmas tree.

• Matching cat toy available: Bart Bear has a matching cat companion in Binky Bear, making them a perfect pair for households with both dogs and cats.

Key benefits for your Dog

• Engages through sound reward: The giggle response to movement creates a positive feedback loop that encourages dogs to keep interacting with the toy, sustaining play sessions longer than a silent plush.

• Satisfies the carry-and-parade instinct: Many dogs love to pick up a soft toy and carry it from room to room; Bart's size and weight make him the ideal parade companion for this natural behaviour.

• Gentle stimulation for calmer dogs: The giggle sound is gentle and engaging without being sharp or startling, making Bart Bear a great choice for dogs who find loud squeakers overstimulating.

• Encourages toss-and-retrieve play: The size and softness make Bart easy to throw indoors, encouraging light fetch and retrieve games that are perfect for smaller spaces.

A great festive toy for dogs who love a carry-around companion with a personality, and for owners who enjoy watching their dog work out where the giggle is coming from.
