RETRO KNITWEAR THAT MAKES YOUR DOG THE STAR OF AUTUMN

Some dogs were born for autumn, and the Rosewood Halloween Roll Neck Jumper is the wardrobe piece that completes the look. Featuring a retro patchwork design and a bright roll neck, this knitted Halloween jumper is built for chilly walks where warmth and style need to arrive at the same time. Available in small, medium, and large to suit dogs of all sizes, it is a seasonal essential for any dog who takes their autumn wardrobe seriously.

Why it's a great choice

  • Retro patchwork design:The distinctive retro patchwork knit pattern sets the Roll Neck Jumper apart from standard seasonal dog clothing, giving it a character that feels thoughtfully designed rather than simply festive.

  • Bright roll neck for warmth and coverage:The roll neck adds a layer of coverage around the neck and chest, helping retain heat on cooler mornings while the bright colour adds a playful finishing touch to the overall look.

  • Available in three sizes:Offered in small, medium, and large, the Halloween Roll Neck Jumper suits a wide range of dog breeds and sizes, making it straightforward to find the right fit for your dog.

  • Knitted construction for comfortable wear:The knitted fabric has a natural stretch that allows dogs to move freely without restriction, providing a comfortable fit whether they are walking, running, or lounging on the sofa.

Key benefits for your Dog

  • Keeps dogs warm through October:As autumn sets in, a knitted jumper provides meaningful insulation for dogs who feel the cold, making outdoor walks and garden time more comfortable throughout the Halloween season.

  • Flexible fit for active dogs: Knitted fabric stretches with movement, allowing dogs to run, sniff, and explore without feeling restricted, which means the jumper works as well on an active walk as it does indoors.

  • Particularly suited to shorter-haired breeds:Dogs with shorter coats benefit most from a layer of knit insulation on cooler days, and the Roll Neck Jumper provides just enough warmth without overheating dogs who already run warm.

  • Turns daily walks into a seasonal moment: A well-designed Halloween jumper makes every October walk a little more memorable, adding a seasonal dimension to the routine without causing your dog any discomfort or inconvenience.

What you'll need:

A soft tape measure
A calm dog (treats help!)
A friend to assist (optional, but handy!)

You will need to measure your dog's back length, neckline and chest girth.

Back length (Base of Neck to Base of Tail):
Start at the base of your dog’s neck—where the neck meets the shoulders, not where a collar usually sits and lay the tape along their spine to the base of their tail. When measuring your dog’s back, always allow for the natural curve of their spine — coats aren’t meant to be drum-tight!

Tip: Make sure the dog is standing, not sitting or lying down. Add 1–2cm for comfort and ease of movement. If your dog is between sizes, it’s usually best to go up a size for a better fit and coverage.

Neckline (Base of Neck):
Wrap the tape measure snugly around the base of your dog’s neck—where the neck meets the shoulders, not where a collar usually sits.

Tip: Think of where a polo shirt collar would naturally sit on your dog. Don’t measure too high.

Chest Girth (Widest Part of Rib Cage):
Find the widest part of your dog’s ribcage—usually just behind the front legs. Wrap the tape measure around this area to get the chest girth.

Tip: Keep the tape snug but not tight. You should be able to slip one or two fingers between the tape and your dog’s body.

Measuring Tips for Best Results:
Keep your dog calm and standing upright. Ask a friend to help and use treats or toys to keep them relaxed.
For fluffy dogs, part or gently press down the fur to get an accurate measurement close to the body.
Measure more than once to make sure your numbers are consistent.
