The Innocent Cat British Duck & Venison Air-dried Complete Food

BRITISH DUCK, BRITISH VENISON, AND NOT A FREEZER IN SIGHT

British duck and venison are not proteins that cats encounter every day, and that is partly the point. The Innocent Cat Duck & Venison Air-dried Complete Food pairs two lean, highly digestible British-sourced proteins at 40% duck and 30% venison, gently air-dried from raw so that every 100g delivers the nutritional equivalent of 200g of fresh ingredients, in a format that needs no freezer space and stays fresh for up to eight weeks once opened. Grain free, hypoallergenic and suitable from five weeks, it is a complete, novel-protein meal that is as straightforward to feed as it is good for them.

Why it's a great choice

• 70% British-sourced meat proteins: British duck at 40% and British venison at 30% together make up 70% of the recipe, providing two premium, ethically sourced animal proteins that support high nutrient absorption and make this a genuinely meat-forward complete food.

• Air-dried from raw at twice the raw weight: Every 100g is produced from 200g of raw ingredients, with the gentle air-drying method preserving the natural nutrient profile and digestive enzymes of a raw diet without any requirement for refrigeration or freezing.

• Duck and venison as novel proteins: For cats with sensitivities to commonly used proteins such as chicken or fish, duck and venison offer a well-tolerated alternative that is less likely to trigger an immune response, supporting hypoallergenic feeding without sacrificing palatability or nutrition.

• Chicory root and whole-food botanicals: Chicory root at 2% provides natural prebiotic fibre for digestive balance, alongside sweet potato for slow-release energy, dried cranberry and carrot for additional vitamins, and seaweed as a source of trace minerals and iodine.

Key benefits for your Cat

• Energy-dense feeding for active cats: At 317 kcal/100g and 15% crude fat, this recipe is more energy-dense than fish-based alternatives, making it well suited to active cats, kittens in their growth phase, or any cat with higher daily caloric needs.

• Taurine for heart and eye health: With taurine supplemented at 1,074mg per kg, this food supports the essential amino acid requirements that cats cannot meet through internal synthesis alone, contributing to cardiovascular function and visual health throughout life.

• Novel proteins to support sensitive cats: Duck and venison are naturally lean, well-tolerated proteins for cats who react to more common ingredients. The fully grain-free, hypoallergenic recipe removes the most frequent dietary triggers found in standard commercial cat foods.

• Complete nutrition across all life stages: Suitable from five weeks old, this recipe supports healthy development in kittens and ongoing maintenance in adult and senior cats, with no need to switch formulas or manage multiple products as your cat moves through life.

A wonderfully complete air-dried food for cats at every life stage, built on 70% British duck and venison, with the simplicity of a dry food and the nutritional integrity of a raw one.
