Received my purchase a few days later. That was packaged very nicely.
Opened up, item placed carefully in tissue paper. And to my surprise Browns placed a bag sample of dog treats in the box.
This experience is really heartfelt.
A good old fashioned store with British values. And a great team behind their ethos.

I had an issue with delivery and when asked for a review gave my honest opinion of the choice of courier, who I have had many issues with in the past. I must point out that the item was despatched swiftly by Browns so they were not at fault. It did make me reluctant to order from them again however.
Browns were quick to get back to me, extremely apologetic and explained this was an issue they had plans to resolve. They immediately despatched my order again using a different delivery company. It has been delivered today, beautifully packaged with an handwritten note of apology along with some complimentary dog treats!
10/10 for excellent customer service! It has restored my confidence and I will now be happy to order from the again.
