All the toys I purchased arrived quickly and were well packaged. They’re really good quality toys that will last. There was also a personalised hand written note in the parcel thanking me for my order… Shopping from an independent is always the best experience and the way we should all try to shop for a better high street.

Ordered a powdered supplement product to be used with raw diets. Paid for next day delivery but it took 2 days to reach me. Cat hated the taste so had to disguise plus it made him lose his appetite after 2 doses. I asked for a refund of the difference in postage and they agreed. Afraid it was a total waste of 20 quid. Annoying when it claimed to be palatable.

We're glad we were able to refund the postage difference, but we completely understand how frustrating it is when a product just doesn't suit your cat, especially when palatability is one of the things you're counting on. Every cat is so individual and some can sadly turn their noses up at something other cats absolutely love. I very rarely post a review , but I could not after receiving such wonderful customer care .
I called and left a message at the store and within 2 minutes received a call back from Chris.
I was enquiring about a particular food I was looking at trying( post the many hundreds of brands I have already tried for my fussy Dog Honey)
Chris was just so so helpful he listened to me, he talked to me and advised me that I could continue along this very stressful road of reintroducing food to Honey, , but this was a spiral that there was no end to.
Oh course Chris could have easily sold me yet another food to try, but instead he gave me his honest knowledgeable advise .
That I should be strong , ( very hard for
Me😢) and stick to a food that Honey had eaten before, then the 10 minute rule put it down wait 10 minutes, take
It away.
I will try 🤗, but I just could not pass the review stage without saying what a lovely supportive genuine person Chris is, he even said I could call him anytime .
