Appreciated the friendly note and free sample. It's true the scent is very nice and my kitty loves the freebie treats. Trouble is getting her to stay still long enough to take the spray!

We completely understand the challenge of getting a cat to stay still! A tip many customers find helpful is to spray the detangler directly onto a brush or comb first, rather than onto the cat's fur. A few gentle spritzes can work wonders without the direct spray startling her. I hope that helps!
