Ruffwear Pacific Loop Aurora Teal

The Professional-Grade Tug Toy for Dogs Who Live to Tug

For dogs who love nothing more than a committed game of tug, the Ruffwear Pacific Loop in Aurora Teal brings professional-grade construction to the game. Two grab handles keep hands well clear of even the most enthusiastic mouths during play, while the tug pad in the centre absorbs impact and provides the dog with a satisfying, consistent grip point. Built for sustained daily use, it floats too, which turns any game near water into an effortless extension of the session rather than a reason to stop.

Why it's a great choice

• Dual grab handles for safe, hands-clear tug play: Two separate handles allow owners to maintain a firm grip during enthusiastic tug sessions while keeping hands well away from the dog's mouth, making the game safe and comfortable for both.

• Central tug pad for consistent grip: The tug pad gives the dog a clear, satisfying grip point in the centre of the toy, making the tug interaction more rewarding and consistent than a simple rope toy provides.

• Professional-grade construction for daily use: Built to the standard of equipment used by professional handlers and working dog trainers, the Pacific Loop is designed for sustained daily use without losing integrity under repeated tug sessions.

• Floats for water play versatility: Buoyancy means the Pacific Loop extends seamlessly into water, usable for fetch or water-based tug play without any loss of function or risk of loss if thrown into a river or lake.

Key benefits for your Dog

• Safe, satisfying tug play for all drive levels: The dual handle design makes high-drive tug sessions safe to maintain for longer without the accidental contact that makes intense tug play difficult with a standard rope toy.

• Builds strong recall and drop command reliability: Tug toys are one of the most effective training motivators for high-drive dogs, and the Pacific Loop's design makes it ideal for integrating into recall, drop, and reward-based training protocols.

• Supports a natural play instinct: Tug is a natural, instinctive behaviour for dogs that, when channelled correctly with the right equipment, provides both physical exercise and a strong source of psychological satisfaction.

• Durable enough for professional working dogs: The construction standard means it performs reliably for both recreational dog owners and professional handlers, with the longevity to justify regular, intensive use.
