I haven’t tried the neem spray yet but it came highly recommended by several of my friends so I decides to purchase it as a little extra protection to apply before our walks. I hope it works.

No ticks seen so far

I have just returned from a tick sort of area and used the spray every day. It smells pleasant and easy to apply. No passengers send so far and i will use it again when we visit

Delivery issues

I am still waiting for my item to be delivered after a week!
My heart sank when I realised that the courier service you use is Evri as I have had nothing but problems with them. I can see from tracking that you despatched the item the day after I ordered it but as usual Evri updates say it is out for delivery then it’s delayed, then nothing…..
This alone makes me reluctant to place another order with you.
Your choice of delivery service is letting you down.

We’re really sorry your order hasn’t arrived as it should. We dispatched it within 24 hours, but unfortunately, our courier Evri has let us down on this occasion. As we’re still quite new to online orders, we’re learning quickly and working hard to improve.
